Romain Limouzin

Romain joined Meridiam in 2010 in Paris where he was involved in the development, structuring and closing of major transportation and social infrastructure projects in Europe, including for example the Port of Calais in France and E18 motorway P3s in Finland.

Romain transitioned to the US in 2016 to support the investment team in North America, where he participated in the development of several P3 including the closing of the I-66 Express Lanes (Virginia).
Since 2019, as COO for the Americas Romain has been supervising the operational team across a number of developments including the closing of the University of Iowa project, the closing of the Fresno Campus utility plant, the closing and development of the first Meridiam biogas project in the US, or the exclusive development of the Miami Beach Monorail project. Romain is also involved on the portfolio management activities in close coordination with the asset managers.

Romain graduated as an engineer from Ecole des Ponts (Paris) and holds a master in Project Finance.
